Atelier d’Atelier is a tailor workshop located in Comeana, a hamlet of Carmignano, near Prato. Its story began in 2003, when Alessandra Giotti opened “Le Chicche di Birba”, a small children’s clothing store.
In 2011, with the birth of her daughter Martina, Alessandra decided to put her studies, passion for fashion and manual skills to good use: the store, at first just selling clothes from other companies, now became an actual brand with a signature made-to-measure clothing line and handmade pieces.
Commissions from other parents, either to dress their children or to have similar garments for themselves, allowed the activity to expand its production to include men’s and women’s clothing: Atelier d’Atelier was thus born.
Today a team of highly qualified craftsmen and tailors gives life to exclusively bespoke garments and accessories, from hats to shoes, especially for ceremonies and weddings. Each garment is made from high quality Italian fabrics and employing traditional sartorial techniques.
In the wonderful showroom inside the prestigious Villa Le Farnete, in Comeana, is possible to admire the atelier’s exquisite wedding and formal dresses.
