Eva Mun is Shikha Eva Munarin’s artistic ceramic brand. Born in Liguria, in Alassio, today she lives and works in Florence, where she opened her workshop.
Always passionate about art, her experience in this world began with drawing and watercolour painting. After working between Genoa and Milan in the fields of design and advertisement, she discovered ceramics in Tuscany and decided to dedicate herself completely to this craft. She graduated as a ceramist from the “Scuola di Ceramica di Montelupo Fiorentino” (Montelupo Fiorentino’s Ceramic School) and opened her own studio. She soon started showcasing her work in local art galleries and taking part in trade fairs and exhibitions. Her creations are the result of a traditional training as a designer and ceramist combined with her taste for artistic experimentation and more contemporary shapes and colours, thanks to her personal sensitivity.
Interested in meditation and holistic disciplines, her personal vision is to give matter a feminine, lighter, almost spiritual touch.
