Falpalà is an atelier in the heart of Reggio Emilia, giving new life to furniture and furnishing accessories through the creative recovery of Silvia Bernardi, who can fit them for new needs, tastes and personalities.
Thanks to her studies in restoration, as well as pictorial and wood decoration, she can renovate chests of drawers, tables, wardrobes, cabinets, chairs and bedside tables, using different techniques in accordance with the style, material and customer’s taste. In her work, Bernardi only uses natural waxes and colours, inspired by an environment-friendly philosophy.
She loves learning new techniques and experimenting with new solutions, as well as taking pictures of subjects that she later reproduces on canvas paintings.
