Maestro Gino Lucarini opened the Versilia Art Foundry at Pietrasanta in 1975, after training with top artists working in bronze. Today the company is run by his three sons Tiberio, Franco and Gabriele, who have inherited his passion and his values.
The Fonderia is known for its work with international artists, culturally relevant projects and interior design for homes and boats. Work begins with wax or virtual models, and thanks to its skilled craftspeople the company can offer a comprehensive metalwork service, producing contemporary or traditional statues and furnishing accessories with an infinite number of finishes.
The Fonderia has always been open to innovation and respectful of tradition. In the last few years it has also begun to work with synthetic materials and resins, adopting new printing and enlarging technologies.
