The workshop was founded in 1954 by Bruno Seguso who started his activity based on the ancient wheel glass engraving tradition from Murano. Now under the guidance of his son Matteo, the laboratory carries out artistic hand engraving on vases, glasses, mirrors or any other glass objects. Clients can choose from a vast range of designs, sketches and stencils and all patterns can be personalised for specific requests in addition to the reproduction of existing designs. Matteo Seguso collaborates with various foundries in Murano as well as internationally renowned artists and also holds workshops in glass engraving in Italy, the United States and Australia. His works are owned by many museums and private collections worldwide.
