After graduating in Ceramics from the Istituto Statale d’Arte in Salerno Raffaele Falcone set out on his long career as a ceramic artist and teacher. He teachers art studies to schoolchildren and founded the first laboratory — Ceramica Terraviva — specialised in majolicaware in Montecorvino Rovella. After some years of activity, he then opened Fornace Falcone in 1999 which today produces terracotta articles used in restoration and conservation, as well as other items created in conjunction with artists and architects such as panelling and flooring in terracotta. All production is carried out by hand and only the finest quality raw materials are used thus, the final product is ideal for use in prestigious settings. The Fornace also hosts artists who create ceramic works in various contemporary styles.

Visitare la Fornace Falcone è fare un viaggio nel passato, quando la passione per le arti e l'artigianato era scontata, ed entrare nel presente con installazioni e opere d'arte fuori dal comune, per maestosità e bellezza.
