He teaches on a regular basis at University of Bologna (Rimini campus) on themes related to the evolution of styles, contemporary fashion, methodology of research, technology-driven design, advanced communication. He is Italian correspondent at Cool Hunting, collaborator at Studiolabo and member of the cultural committee of Milan Design Award and Brera Design Days.
He has been invited as visiting professor at Istituto Marangoni, Domus Academy, IED, Polytechnical School of Milan, HEAD and Central Saint Martins (University of the Arts, London).
His articles were published on Vogue Italia, Huffington Post, Marie Claire, Class, Vedomosti.

Studio Forme was founded by Giorgio Funaro and Rita Rivelli in 1973. It is a laboratory dedicated to the resoration and creation of objects in glass and ceramics. The vintage items and the new collections make this place magic, they stand out for their delicate balance between decoration and design, between perfection and uniqueness. The proximity to the church of Santa Cecilia is a further motivation to visit this amazing place of labour and poetry.
