Born in 1989, Carla Caroli’s inherited her passion for art and fashion from her mother.
After attending Monopoli’s Istituto d’Arte in the “Art of Fabrics” section, she perfected her training in Milan’s Istituto Callegari, where she graduated as a Patternmaker and Fashion Designer. Later on, she attended some of the most prestigious fashion courses in Italy, fine-tuning her haute couture skills at Rome’s “Fondazione Micol Fontana”, perfecting her pleating technique at “Fondazione Roberto Capucci” in Florence, and completing the “Ricamo all’Uncinetto e Crochet de Luneville” (Embroidery and Lunéville Crochet) course at Scuola di Ricamo d’Alta Moda, in Rome.
In 2013, she registered her own “Carla Caroli” brand and opened her Atelier in Fasano, near Brindisi.
Caroli designs and creates artisanal Haute-Couture and ready-to-wear women’s collections, fashion accessories and foulards. The brand stands out for hand painting on fabric, with the designer freehand drawing small pictures on fabrics that she turns into one-of- a-kind or limited edition pieces to preserve the unique flair of her products. A perfect balance between fashion, art and creative freedom underlie her unique, unrepeatable clothes and accessories, while her eclectic and sparkling collections exhibit bright, strong colours, evoking Mediterranean atmospheres with a pop allure. Lately, she specialized in wedding and cerimony dresses.
Carla Caroli’s womenswear is conceived for an elegant, dynamic woman, both strong and graceful, successfully swaying across the world clad in silk, lace and chiffon.
