Claylab is Luca Pedone’s ceramic workshop.
The atelier is located in Bergamo and produces tableware for restaurants and hotels, vases and other decorative and functional home decors, also available on commission.
After finishing Art School, where he first came in contact with clay, Luca studied architecture at Milan’s Polytechnic Institute. He worked in the design field for several years, but then ceramics called to him once again: he attended several moulding courses in Certaldo, Bergamo, Varese, Vicenza and Coimbra, in Portugal, and since then he never gave up on his passion. With his hands deep in clay and his head filled with dreams and projects, he finally opened his workshop. His studio is a place where research, experimentation and ideas come together, where the kiln is always on and every day something is sculpted, turned, shaped and glazed. He also holds classes in his studio or in-home.
