CODICEDS is a handmade jewellery brand by Leonardo Davighi and Filippo Sanpaolesi, inspired by their passion for design, ancient and contemporary art, archaeology and Italian craft tradition: a goldsmith workshop located in the very centre of Rome, where they create bijoux and accessories in precious metal, brought to life thanks to their attentive research on the jewels of the past and their passion for collecting rare objects.
The brand was the result of the need to create a new experience in the world of accessories and the awareness of the importance of history: CODICEDS jewels are in fact “found” precious objects, textured and imperfect, able to evoke ancient atmospheres while being modern and iconic at the same time, thanks to their contemporary and essential design. CODICEDS rings and cufflinks can take on different identities, thanks to a wide choice of stones, easily replaceable through a proprietary and patented mechanism, adapting to the inspiration of the moment and to any occasion.
