Elisabetta D’Arienzo is a master ceramist. Born in 1987 in Salerno, she grew up in Vietri sul Mare, a town famous for its artistic ceramics production, where, attending the family workshop, she approached ceramic workmanship. She first delved into her passion for art and beauty attending Art School and later the Fine Art Academy of Naples, where she specialized in sculpture.
She also studied illustration at the “Scuola Italiana di Comix” (Italian Comix School): here she had the chance to refine her style and colouring techniques.
Today, in her atelier in Vietri sul Mare, she crafts ceramic sculptures, artworks and one-of-a-kind objects standing out for their sinuous, unexpected and surprising lines. Her pieces, where figures are elevated and details exalted, are able to spark emotions and wonder, thanks to her continuous research and experimentation with new shapes and styles, while still staying true to the rules of craft processing.
