In 1929, Antonio and Luigi Antonini established the Fratelli Antonini firm in Maniago, near Pordenone. The two skilful brothers decided to follow the traditional craft of this area, knife making. 

Today, the production mainly consists of professional kitchen and cheese knives, various beekeeping tools and a new line of gift items. All blades and handles, except for the plastic ones, are carefully made by hand, one by one, according to traditional methods.

The products are coveted both in Italy and abroad because of their formal beauty and technical perfection.
