Gambaro & Tagliapietra is a glassmaking workshop in Murano specialised in the production of artistic glassware following the ancient and noble tradition of the island. Its laboratories produce small and large masterpieces of craftsmanship, from table ornaments and furnishing accessories such as vases, carafes, plates, glasses, candleholders, table lamps, sculptures and ornaments to veritable collectors items produced as one-off pieces or in limited editions. The furnace is part of the Consorzio Promovetro which brings together the workshops involved in traditional glass working and hand-crafted productions meeting the most rigorous quality standards. The company was also awarded the Vetro Artistico Murano label, granted by the Veneto Region only to those laboratories that produce on the island.
