Koko Mosaico is a craft workshop in the heart of Ravenna, a city rich in monuments and works of art, which have been declared part of the World Heritage of Humanity by Unesco.
In this beautiful setting, the atelier carries on the city’s most important tradition, the artistic mosaic, between appreciation of the past and contemporary innovation. In this workshop, run by Arianna Gallo and Luca Barberini, one can buy and order mosaics on commission, and attend courses to learn and perfect the technique: each piece is made by hand, using different processes, from the most traditional to the most modern one.
Arianna and Luca have created a place dedicated to mosaic art, as well as an open space where ideas are transformed into tangible works.
