Laura Baresi Knit Design is a brand and small workshop in Brescia, specializing in clothing and knitwear, all handmade using crochet, embroidery and macramé techniques, founded by Laura Baresi with the intention of giving life to original, colourful and out-of-the-box garments.
Laura graduated from Art School and went on to study fashion and costume design at the Academy of Fine Arts. After working for a few years in the fields of art and fashion, she decided to create her own brand.
Laura finds her inspiration in daily life, and the creative concept behind her garments is fluid, even in terms of gender roles. Her products can be customized with logos and designs, or even made-to-measure, and are the result of her careful consideration of the client’s needs. In her atelier you can admire a wide variety of threads and yarns, which she personally selects from the best Italian companies in the trade.
She also holds knitting, crocheting and tufting classes, while also offering team building and merchandising courses for companies.
