Librarti is a traditional workshop specialised in binding old and modern book. Serena Dominijanni founded her own activity after completing her training at Ministry of Culture’s Istituto Centrale per la Patologia degli Archivi e del Libro (ICPAL) and has experience working for both private and public clients. Serena is flanked by her husband Michele who is specialised in binding notebooks, diaries and photography albums, transforming everyday items into unique and precious objects. They also undertake classical binding works using traditional techniques, their volumes embellished with incision work, personalised graphics, and decorated with the age-old paper gilding and marbling techniques.
