Bottega Nerdi is a small goldsmith workshop located in Florence.
A simple and authentic space, untouched by time: in fact, the atelier is located inside the “Casa dell’Orafo” (Goldsmith’s house) near Ponte Vecchio, a former convent where the Medici family chose to gather the best Florentine goldsmiths in the late 16th century.
Here, time seems to be standing still: gold and silver are melted, processed, fretworked and engraved using ancient techniques, enriching and innovating the Florentine goldsmithing tradition.
Heraldic coats of arms, family crests and jewellery collections are made here, as well as bijoux made to order starting from the design itself, thus fully customizable down to the finest details.
Their attention to detail, combined with the client’s taste and the craftsmen’s creativity, result in unique pieces of extraordinary workmanship. Antique or family jewellery restorations are also provided. A precious legacy, dedicatedly and passionately carried on by the Nerdi family since 1948.
