Nocito Jewels is a historic jewellery located in the heart of the charming town of Sciacca. The origins of this family-run goldsmith workshop date back to 1905, when it was founded by Concetta Nocito. Nowadays the business has reached its fourth generation: Laura di Giovanna, Concetta’s successor, is now the hand and mind behind the shop’s beautiful creations. After years of training in jewellery making in Vicenza, Laura came back to Sicily, where she trained under great master Platimiro Fiorenza, deepening her knowledge and perfecting her skills in ivory and coral processing and antique jewellery restoration. Today, carrying out great-grandmother Concetta’s heritage, she crafts stunning refined jewels in keeping with the ancient Sicilian goldsmith tradition, emphasizing the use of local corals, gold and precious stones.
