Rizza Artexture is a textile and embroidery brand and workshop located in Comacchio, Ferrara, where magnificent tapestries and other textile wall art pieces come to life.
Rinalda Bonazza started her artistic craftsmanship career more than 20 years ago, creating abstract compositions with hand-spun hemp, an evocative material, the only one she still uses to this day, with delicate nuances sometimes obtained with natural pigment dyes.
Over the years she achieved her own original expressive language, resorting to the bobbin or pillow lace and compact knot techniques: a personal style, in continuity with tradition and at the same time innovative. Her pieces are inspired by the artworks of Italian artists she loves or by nature, and sometimes even by science, where hemp threads are woven into mesmerizing organic landscapes only visible through a microscope. In each piece she combines manual techniques and the most modern innovations such as 3D printing, used to create the supports for her tapestries.
