Fabriano is a city in the Region of Marche, famous for its tradition of paper craft. This tradition dates back to the 13th century. Sandro Tiberi is an artist and paper craftsman. His workshop is located in Fabriano. Using the technique of filigrain, he makes by hand beautiful decorative sheets, envelopes and cards, as well as evocative furnishing lamps. He uses traditional processes and high quality materials: he can satisfy all demands, even those requiring state-of-the-art technologies. Sandro joins and organises exhibitions and events in all of Italy. Moreover, he is committed to education as well. In fact, he gives courses to children, adults and disabled people. His love for his craft and for teaching led him to establish the Academy of Paper Arts, which represents a significant project for the valorisation of the historical artisanal district of Fabriano.
