The Stivaleria Savoia story is connected to the Reggimento Savoia Cavalleria (Savoia Cavalry Regiment), whose footwear was realised by the hands of master craftsmen. The workshop was established in 1925. There, still today, it is possible to see craftsmen at work, making custom-made shoes and boots. Attention to details, precious materials and artisanal skill are the necessary basis for the unique excellence of Stivaleria Savoia’s products.

A scent of leather and an atmosphere of another era fill the workshop founded in via Petrarca by Giuseppe Ballini back in1925, then handed down to his son Arturo and eventually taken over by Maurizio Marinella, definitely not a newcomer in the world of excellence!
On the ground-floor craftsmen are working in full sight, totally by hand: one pair of shoes requires at least 50-hours’ work. In the underground, a vault hosts a number of wooden moulds, spanning at least 50-years’ activity, which have given shape to several articles, from hunting and riding boots to city shoes and the more recent saddlery and leather pieces.
Una storia ben salda dietro questa affascinante realtà, artigiani validi e ottimi professionisti, lo consiglio!
