The Pagliais are a real Italian excellence in the field of bespoke silver products and silver restoration.
Indeed, a masterpiece by the grandfather of the current owner of the atelier is exhibited in the Museum of Silver in Florence: the “mescitoio del Tritone” (a jug used to wash the hands at the table in the Renaissaince era), an astonishing fish-shaped jug and sculpture.
The artisans replicate ancient objects, as well as new ones, on request. Every piece is handmade and in silver. In the atelier, visitors will find unique vintage pieces as well, made of silver or Sheffield plate.
