Entering this atelier run by Anna, milliner and hat maker, and Francesco, craft tailor, is like crossing space-time boundaries and diving into a remote age, surrounded by precious draperies and rustling long skirts. For over 20 years the couple has been running this workshop in Noale, specializing in period costumes and other accessories. Hats, in particular, are crafted using a century-old moulding machine, the last one still operating in the whole region. Their costumes have been showcased at Milan’s Triennale, Venice’s Biennale, as well as in South Korea and U.S.A.
